Festival of Community
Staffordshire St's annual Festival of Community welcomes a collaborative programme of workshops, and events, spanning art, music, making and more. Each year the programme is formed around a central exhibition that celebrates our neighbourhood in Peckham and the communities that fill our streets. Exploring place and belonging, Staffordshire St becomes a centre for playful creativity, local connection and celebratory knowledge sharing.
As a grassroots, community-led organisation, our focus is on creating opportunities, fostering experimentation and building an inclusive cultural ecosystem. We champion creativity and nurture collaboration, functioning as a meeting space for creatives across Peckham and South East London.
Welcoming over 600 people every year, the Festival of Community is a chance for us all to celebrate togetherness, meet new people, and welcome new collaboration and opportunity across the area. Working with hyper-local neighbours, Peckham-based organisations, artists, makers, schools and practitioners, Festival of Community is building a cultural and community network, with renegade creativity at its core.
